Coola kläder!

The third part of Starcraft II’s campaign, Legacy of the Void is finally here. At long last, the story that started back in 1998 finally tells its last chapter. I was there in the beginning, and I’m here at the end. I’ve been looking forward to this for a long time. Time to take on the role of Artanis and Zeratul as I play my favourite race, the Protoss, and save the galaxy from the burning flame.

It's been an amazing journey here. maybe some day you can show where the seeds for all this was sown? The Brood War, and what led up to it. But, until that that day hopefully comes… En Taro Artanis. En Taro Raynor. En Taro Kerrigan. En Taro Rythian. En Taro Zeratul!

I think you playing and recording multiplayer StarCraft II or anything from the original game would be enjoyable to watch.

Music in that Kerrigan mission really reminds me of Baldurs Gate…

Am I the only one who thinks this ending has REALLY dark connotations?
Raynor lost Kerrigan forever. I don't think he actually was reunited with her. I think he left Joey Ray's one day and ended it.

I hate how you play the zero you try and rely on only one unit like the protos where the zero are reliant on there big tanky ultralisk to take the hits then the hydralisk and zerglings zerg rush in do damage then get out

It wouldnt really be an ending if it didnt have Rythian "rambling" and enjoying himself at the end 🙂

I loved this play through! One problem I had with the game though, is the resolution for the Protoss. Like, their ending and the Terran's ending was pretty much the same by the end of the epilogue. I feel like Artanis, Zeratul, Karax, Fenix, The Narazeem, and all the rest (except for Alarak, he got resolution) didn't REALLY have a great ending. It was GOOD, it just had the potential to be GREAT.

To be honest I'm kinda disappointed in the final scenes before credits, with such production value it couldn't have hurt to animate a cutscene instead of the still images with a bit of text overlaid.

    I am a MASSIVE StarCraft fan as well, but the sad thing is I can't play the heart of the swarm or Legacy of the void expansions because they don't run on my computer. ;-;

You know, after seeing the epilogue missions I though to myself "Why does the Infinite Cycle NEEDS to continue?" Amon's goal is to basically destroy everything, but why does the cycle continuing the opposite of that. Where will it lead? Would it ever end if a race never merges? Does the Xel'Naga actually know it's infinite? If yes, couldn't they have "seen" Amon's rise and fall? Does Amon plans to destroy himself after destroying everything or just play god and create a universe in his own image because he is bored? But then Ouros said that this is the end of the Infinite Cycle afterall. So now which is true? Isn't "Freedom" basically Amon's goal but differently?
This ending just raises so many question I'm not even sure it's "for us to decide" or just simply "poor writing"
Not to anger any Blizzard fans, but for me it seems like the story was much more strong and collected in the first game (and Wings of Liberty for the most part), but was in steady decline after that, leading to this pretty cliché storyline with pretty cliché characters and a ton of unanswered questions, but so tightly closed it I (personally!) don't think it can be trumped by a Starcraft 3. I mean unless they want to go the tired route of "It's a second Death Star… and now it's the Third Death Star and it's also a planet, and it can destroy even more things" So yeah, interested to see how will the franchise progress…
I guess the lesson I take from it is this: Flashy cutscenes, constant big speeches and orchestra music doesn't substitute for solid writing, so you better have some good gameplay to back it up.

I stayed awake all night and watched this let's play… I have followed it all none stop… I feel so lost ;-; I don't want Kerigan to end like this. I was even prepared for her death but not her to gain eternal life and a new form.

Just like you I have grew up on this game. Starcraft was one of my first games I ever played and I kept playing it all the way until starcraft 2 came out. Since I didn't have many friends when I was younger starcraft was pretty much my childhood. And playing it again when starcraft 2 came out just made me feel like a kid again.

And now. seeing it all end, all the characters finding their own path, knowing that everything we have done since the very first mission of starcraft all the way until know had a meaning, was leading to this ending. It feels like part of my life has ended. And it;s a indescribable feeling, but I am sure you know what I mean.

Even if the starcraft universe comes to an end, we will never forget it!

if theres going to be a new starcraft, it will probably feature the UED for the terran bad guys, the taldrim for the protoss bad guys, and that on brood mother/ queen that kerrigan made and left on that protoss ship for the zerg enemy, or possibly the swarm can still be bad guys idk
