    Hola Sp4zie. Aca en Argentina, a las "Swedish Meatballs" las llamamos "albondigas". La coccion es la misma, y a las "smashed potatoes" les decimos "puré".

    Use freshly ground pepper and fry flour in fat before adding milk.

    Small tip from a chef, sauté is to almost brown and caramelise the onions whereas the effect you would be looking for is sweating the onions . Also you could try using ghee or clarified butter instead of butter and oil to cook the meatballs? thank you for another wonderful recipe for me to try mr spooz. Dooitz

    Please, please please please.
    Don't whisk potatoes. Especially mashed, you'll over develop the gluten in them and turn it into a chewy string mess of gluten fibers.
    The only mixing methods you should use are a spatula or fork.
